Orders are shipped via:

• UPS
• Federal Express
• Private Courier
• Our Truck
• Customer Pickup
• USPS

Orders are shipped as they are processed, normally within 1 business day of receipt.  The method of delivery is dependent upon the customer's location, the content of the order, and the time contraints in which an item is required.  Additional fees may be charged for express delivery methods.

Items normally kept in inventory can be returned with the original invoice and packing materials if they do not meet a customer's requirements.  Refunds will exclude shipping costs.
